Essay

Object of research: phytoimmunostimulation of the chickens. The purpose of research: to study immunostimulating properties of the plant Nigella sativa and its preparations for application with the purpose of increase immunologic status of chickens at vaccination against newcastle disease. Methods of research: serological, bacteriological, virologic, immunomorfologic, biochemical and morfometrical. The equipment: microscopes, a micrometer, a photonozzle, centrifuges, termostates, a microtome, camera of Gorjaev, spectrophotometr, microdosator. Theoretical and practical results: it is established immunostimulting property of preparations of Nigella sativa. Application of these preparations in poultry farming allows to raise the immune status and to lift natural resistency that reduces a withdrawal of chicktns and raises safety of a livestock. Novelty: it is developed new phytoimmunostimulator for chickens. A degree of introduction: The new method of immunostimulation is applied on poultry farms. Sphereof use: poultry farming.
