Essay

The work is devoted to study of the problems of modern scientific development and functioning of science under conditions of evolution of present-day global civilization. In dissertation the necessity of synthesis of value structure of science and personal values is substantiated. Inhumane substance of some characteristics of scientific and technological progress is analyzed. One of the main problems is alienation of science development from personal human thought in the time of informational overfilling of scientific process. Creation activities of personality in science are analyzed as a way of humanization of scientific progress and process of selfidentification of modern individuals.
