Object research – motor roads building and repairing processes management. Aim of research – ensuring quality and effectiveness building, exploitation and repairing motor roads using methods, models, strategy planning, management and optimizing in projects. Methods of research – motor roads building and repairing basic regulations, Ukrainian road-building complex social-economic reformation conceptual regulations, classical methods of system analysis, motor roads repairing processes formalized description, management theory. Scientific novelty – proposed system method of optimal task solutions, which ensures an efficient use a road-repairing enterprises’ production technological potential. Method and criteria of motor roads building and repairing projects tenders realization was worked out.
