Essay

Objective - physical culture lessons of junior school age children. The mean - to devote the content physical cultural lessons for junior school age children with purposeful use of badminton elements for increasing of level physical conditioning and physical (somatic) health. The following methods were used, they are, the analysis of literature, questionnaire, methods of evaluation of physical (somatic) health, methods of anthropometry, pedagogical tests, physiological methods of investigation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistic. Innovation - first experimental grounding of the content of physical culture lessons of junior school age children with purposeful use of badminton elements; to addition information about correlation indexes physical conditioning and health of children for purposeful influence by physical exercise at the development physical abilities for the fitness effects. Results - work out and inculcated to the practice of physical cultural lessons for junior school age children methodical recommendations to hold physical cultural lessons with using of badminton elements, recommendations for purposeful development of physical ability. Using experimental methods for physical cultural lessons for junior school age children lessons with purposeful use of badminton elements provide to achieve highest norms of physical conditioning. Sphere of utilisation: physical culture lessons of junior school age children.
