In dissertation is explored firstyand base and scientific development of problem of creation and battle actions of the armed militiaman forming in Ukraine in the period of beginning of the Second world war. In work is offered own classification of historiography of duestion. In dossertation is carried out analysis of appearance of militiaman detachments: soldiery, military-technical, socially political, legal and the egree of influencing of each of these pre-conditions is set on the process of their creation.
