This dissertation is dedicated to research of geopolitical knowledge transformation into the system of public consciousness in context of civilization and international relations paradigm shifts and identification of peculiar features of this transformation in Ukrainian military sphere at this base. In this work the author has analysed scientific basis according to which the subject of geopolitics, its categorial and conceptual apparat are determined, is made the public-philosophical analysis of Ukrainian geopolitical self identification and problems of Ukrainian Armed Forces military personnel geopolitical consciousness forming.
