Lychanskaya V. The forming of the system of library and information provision of the ecological field of the Crimean Region

The purpose of the research - the dissertation is devoted to the problems of forming the systems library and information providing of the ecological field. The information policy - information resource of development are defined as constructive elements. The information policy determines strategies and dates of creating conditions of their realization; the description of subject-competent information area characterizes information requirements at public, collective, individual levels and the task their satisfaction; the information landscape defines network structure of information systems at different levels.The forming of the regional-branch systems of the ecological field as a task of management of creating an appropriate segment in an information area are considered. The basis of the model of satisfaction with information requirement is a scheme of structuruzation of information processes.
