Essay

The object of research is the role of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms of sperm for development of subclinical endometritis in cows. The purpose of research is to give the scientific reasons for influence of conditionally pathogenic microflora of sperm on biological, biochemical characteristics of spermatozoa and development of unproductiveness in cows, to form the optimal parameters for quantitative composition of microorganisms in sperm of bulls and to offer the normative-technical documentation. The methods of research were clinical, microbiological, morphological, biological, biochemical. Scientific novelty - on the basis of clinical and microbiological researches were established that conditionally pathogenic microflora, separated from bulls sperm, have the negative effect on biological indexes of sperm and productiveness of cows. The results of research - there were developed new sanify preparation Decomesan for decreasing of microbe contamination of sperm. There were established endogenous and exogenous sources of microbe contamination of bull's sperm and also studied effects of microbe's-contaminants of sperm on biological, morphological and biochemical characteristics of spermatozoa. There were investigated the negative effect of microflora on cows productiveness and also high susceptibility of microorganisms for sanify and antimetritis preparations, developed on the basis of decametoksyn. Offered - the new approaches for sanitary quality control of native and frozen bull's sperm. Introduced - two patents for inventions (preparations Decomsan and Endodek), state standard of Ukraine "Bull's sperm, native", technical conditions for Antysept-D and Decomsan. The field of application is obstetrics and artificial insemination.
