Demyanchuk O. Self-employment and ist Realization in the Regional Labor Market

Thesis deals with the issues of self-employment of population in the labor market of Polissia economic region. Results of the conducted research are as follows: the "self-employment of population" category was substantiated as a realization of labor activity of population in the regional labor market that is based on the main social and economic initial conditions and principals of its successful functioning; the integral system of activities was suggested and on the basis of the modern tendencies of the development of self-employment in activities was suggested and on the basis of the modern tendencies of the development of self-employment in the development of self-employment till 2015 was projected and on the basis of it the new trends of self-employment realization were found and recent acting mechanism for stimulationrealization were found and recent acting mechanism for stimulation of the evaluation of self-employment in the regional labor market was developed. The main results of the thesis are practiced, that stimulates the realization of self-employment process in the regional labor market.
