3. The dissertation is devoted to the problems of improving the automated operator’s position of operative workers at the expense of widening functional tasks in the branch of wagon traffic organization and gathering trains. In the basis of additional complex of tasks there are models of indistinct logic which help to solve such problems as forecasting the distribution of wagon traffic in the site of management of railway transportation and rational gathering trains. The advantage of the developed models of forecasting is possibility of taking into account month, quarter and year deviations under the distribution of wagon traffic in the ratio of symmetry, transitivity and reflexivity. Realization of the models takes place on the automated operator’s position of operative workers.
