Kizym O. Increase of a level of use of technical means on railway stations in area of coal production

The dissertation is devoted to solving of scientific problem in increase of a level of use of technical means of railway stations in area of coal production. In analysing the influence of re-structuring in coal industry on operation of railways the decrease of a level of use of technical means of railway stations is determined. The method of definition of level of use of means is developed on the basis of expert estimations. Rational level of concentration in freight traffic volume is established on the advanced method of definition of expenses on transport operation. The choice of base stations is based on a level of use of means. Increase of a level of use of technical means on railway stations is carried out by concentration of freight traffic volume and is based on definition a degree of belonging in indistinct subset of owners to final set of base stations. The technology of interacttion of stations and industrial tracks of coal enterprises reeived the further development.
