Khovrych S. Formation and development of the higher technical education of the Naddniprovckaya Ukraine (last quarter XIX - the first decades XX centuries).

Thе dissertation is dedicated to the research and general experience of engineering staff of Naddniprovckaya Ukraine preparation of the pre-revolutionary period. On a public shifts background which takes place in Naddniprovckaya Ukraine in the last quarter XIX - the first decades XX centuries: is shown all the complexity and diverse processes of the engineering teaching staff in Higher Technical Educational Institutes, paying attention to features, uncovering reasons, determining public changes of importance which take place in Higher Technical Educational Institutes. Not only achievements are shown but miscalculations also. Importance in the dissertation is allocated to the analysis of the various archival documents, scientific articles and published papers concerning the given problem. The author has reconstructed little known aspects of the current ability of the Higher Technical Educational Institutes (for example, circumstance surrounding the changing of course educational system to objective, projects of opening new departments etc.).
