Kilnitska O. Formation of Population Self-dependent Employment in Agricultural.

Thesis for scientific degree of candidate of economy, speciality 08.09.01 - Demography, Economics of Labour, Social Economics and Politics. - Institute of Demography and Social Researches of National Academy of Sciences (Ukrainian Academy of Sciences), Kyiv, 2004. The thesis deals with the problems of theoretical, methodological and practical foundation of population self-dependent employment in agricultural. The result of the research consists in intensification of social and economic content of the category "self-dependent employment" as well as further development of its constituents, types, forms and characteristics; development of both methodological approaches towards studying the present-day situation with population self-dependent employment in agricultural and new conceptual approaches towards formation of dependent strategy effective use of labour as well as determination of the major ways of raising farmers income, standards of living and social defence. The main results of the thesis have been introduced into practice and they have favoured employment as well as farmers' life activities.
