Essay

Research object: specific profilactic for Brucella ovis-infection, alive and inactivative vaccines. Research purpose: to manufacturing and studying of harmlessness, antigenicity and immunogenicity of inactivative emulsin-vaccines against Brucella ovis infection from strains Brucella abortus and Brucella ovis, develope the laboratory orders for manufacturing and control of inactivated emulsion-vaccine against Brucella ovis-infection. Methods: biological experiment, bacteriological, serological, statistical, reactions of immunity. Instrumentation: microscope, thermostat, pH-meter, centrifuge. Theoretical results: parameters of immunogenicity inactivated emulsion-vaccines from domestic strains B. abortus 7-26, B. ovis 67/B and clone B. ovis 67/B-1 are investigated and established, and in technological order to estimate immunogenicity in the way rams infection on a mucous membrane of eyes and prepution, and efficiency of infection control group - taking into account alongside with isolation of culture infecting strain occurrence and antibodies titers in CFT, AGID with brucella-ovis an antigene and also to use test leukocytes specific lysis with brucellin or brucella-ovis. Practical results: in sheep-breeding farms, adverse on Brucella ovis-infection, it would be offered to use inactivated a emulsion-vaccine from strain B. ovis 67/B and a clone 67/B-1. Novelty: for the first time at Brucella ovis-infection high immunogenicity of inactivated emulsion-vaccines in comparison with alive from domestic vaccinal from strain B. abortus 7-26, inactivated emulsion-vaccines from strain B. ovis 67/B and its clones are established. Introduction degree: commission test of inactivated emulsion-vaccine against Brucella ovis-infection is conducted, are developed the laboratory orders for manufacturing and control of inactivated emulsion-vaccine against Brucella ovis-infection and time manual on its application. Usage sphere: veterinary medicine, sheepbreeding farms.
