The processes of ensuring the economical activity of the unemployed in social-economical transformations. Making deeper the theoretical methodological aspects of investigation the process of motivation, valuing and determaining the motives and stimuluses of the economical activity of the unemployed, elaboration of the recommendations on increasing of their motivation to look for the job and to start the own business. There are methodes: synthesis, generalization, induction, dedaction, historical-logical, statistic-analytical, econometrical, abstraction and analogy, observation and filling in a questionnaire, expertes valuing and poll. Having made deeper social-economical essence of the category "motivation of the economical activity of the unemployed". Elaborated the motivation monitoring for the research into the economical activity of the unemployed, which is directed to putting the dependence between the activity of the unemployed and their age, sex, work experience and their classification by groups depending on their activity. The proposales of the improving the system of the motivation of the economical activity of the unemployed are inculcated. The sphere is the regulation of the employment and unemployment in Ukraine and study process.
