Object of the Research: immune status of gestative cows and their calves at different terms of gestation. Aim and Objectives of research: to study the immune antiinfectious status of cows and their calves with different terms of gestation. Methods of the Research and Apparatus - physiological, electrophorethic, immunological, clinical, biochemical, mathematical; centrifuge, chamber Goryaeva, microscope, spectrophotometer, vehicle for electrophoresis, FEC, meter. Theoretical and Practical Results, Novelty: it was for the fist time conducted a systemic research of physiological and immune indexes which characterized a level and functional state of both cell and humoral factors of immunity in the bodies of cows and their calves with different terms of gestation. The new data about peculiarities of im-mune status in premature and promature calves have been obtained. We've determined the dependence between the level of functional activity of the immune system in mothers' cows and protective value of their colostrum and milk. Subject and Degree of Providing: Working out the effective measures of treatment and prophylaxis of calves diseases one should take into consideration the level of immunodeficiency in their bodies. Valuation of adaptive immunity state in the bodies of newborn calves is necessary to conduct according to the content of immunoglobulines subgroup G1 in blood serum and coprophiltrates and the level of functional activity T- and B-lymphocytes. To increase immunobiological status of newborn calves including functional activity of T-lymphocytes of different subpopulation we recommend to use immunomodulators which are widely approbated in manufacture.
