In our work we investigate the existent processes of management of enterprise activity, develop and approve the new and the existent methods of management by the purposeful changes of enterprise activity. We took into account instability of environment, its functioning and narrow-mindedness of resources on the basis of development and introduction of innovative projects. The research methods of the work are supervision, comparison, abstracting, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and modeling. Methods of managing task-oriented changes in the enterprise's activity were developed. The practical result of the work is the introduction of the control system by the purposeful changes of enterprise activity. The area of the applying of the results of the work is the management of the production enterprise.
