The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a scientific-applied task of development effective models and methods of analysis the risks of project at realization the researches and skilled-design works. The system models of project actions (PA) researches and skilled-design works and their formalized representation with the help the regular schemes the system models (RSSM) are developed. It is offered on the basis of the system models PA to carry out the analysis and modeling the risks of project with the help the realization the process of management deviations in parameters of the project and its resource maintenance. The system representation is developed and the system model of design risk in RCSM is formalized. The process of planning of resource maintenance of the project is advanced. The computer algorithmic maintenance for construction of information technology of management of the project risks is offered.
