Object: economic active population of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Aim: development of theoretical, methodological and methodical positions of the HC theory and regional features of their application in the conditions of becoming of the socially oriented market economy of Ukraine. Methods: system, economic-statistical, economic-mathematical modeling, sociological questioning. Results: classification of factors of forming and HC realization is developed, the logical-structural model of HC use in a region is improved. Use: during realization of the Regional program of employment of population of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, in an educational process.
