In the dissertation work methods, models and tools of projects' quality management of automated systems (AS) development for objects of nuclear power (ONP) and improvement of enterprise quality systems (QS) are developed, realized in the form of applied information technology of monitoring of development and production processes network, analysis and forming of correctional operations on fault removal by means of knowledge-oriented methods. Special attention was given to development of quality control system, which has the additional control loop, with the help of which cycle's realization of permanent improvement of enterprise QS is provided.
