Issues, connected with preparation, job placement, employment and social protection of young specialists with university degree during the current development of market economy in Ukraine and Odessa region are carefully investigated in the thesis. The Features and degree of inter - adaptation of the market of educational services and labour market are analyzed in it. The complete system is organized, mechanisms of effective, employment of young specialists with university degree, marketing of educational services, restitution of economic - organizing echanism of definition of demand in specialists, leasing in management of specialists employment with university degree, are improved and loped.
