Object of research: process of use of a manpower of industrial region. The purpose of dissertation work is development of theoretical and methodical approaches and practical recommendations on perfection of process of use of a manpower of industrial region in conditions of transformation of economy.Methods of research: methods of the complex analysis and synthesis; comparisons; the functional - cost analysis, methods of logic generalization, questioning; economic - statistical methods; the system approach. Practical results are: the methodical positions developed in dissertation work and practical recommendations forms a basis for improvement of process of use of a manpower of industrial region.
