Радченко Я. Knowledge as a strategic resource of steady economic development

The object of research is the system of productive relations formed under conditions of transition to sustainable economic development. The aim of research is the investigation of the matter, the basic characteristic sand the role of knowledge as a major strategic resource of steady economic development and the reasoning of practical recommendations of using of science knowledge in the modern world for maintenance of transition to model of sustainable economic development in transitive economy. The methods of research are dialectical, analysis and synthesis, systematic and specifically historical, comparative and causal analysis. Results, novelty: 1) The conclusion was grounded about primacy of paradigm of sustainable economic development based on wavy growth of theoretical knowledge and socially directed innovations, which provide coevolution of human, society and nature. 2) The thesis was proved, that product, that created by knowledge, together with value and use value, has also utility value. 3) The hypothesis was grounded about social economy is scientific field of postnonclassical economic knowledge. 4) Dialectic nature of process of development and realization of knowledge was exposed. 5) Social partnership was exposed as special mechanism of formation of intellectual potential and capital of a company. 6) The thesis was proved that creating of competitive system of knowledge and intellectual capital management is possible on basis of organic combination of models "treasure" and "sign". 7) Practical recommendations was developed on accelerated formation of knowledge economy in Ukraine.
