Bychikova L. Equation of a territorial labor market: methodology and ways of achievement

The dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodological basis and practical recommendations concerning maintenance of territorial labor market balanced development in conditions of economy modernization. On the basis of the retrospective estimation of theoretical views and approaches in this work there were determined essence and matter of the category "territorial labor market equation"; revealed influences on labor market equation level; carried out their classification and offered methodological approachhes concerning research of established factors action directions; proved methodical basis regarding realization of complex social and economic estimation of territorial labor market equation level; offered the indexes for estimation of labor market equation. In the work the estimation of Ukrainian territorial labor market equation was carried out on the basis of the methodical elaborations offered by the author. There were determined and proved the opportunities for increase of territorial labor market equation level; offered conceptual basis of balanced labor market formation; elaborated the strategy for achievement of labor market balanced proportions.
