The object of research: rats of Wistar line and Ukrainian red-white milk and simental cows. The purpose of research consists in experimentall and theoretical substantiation of using of biochemical tests of connective liver tissue (glycoproteins, chondroitinsulfates and glycosamino-glycans for fractions) differential diagnosis of hepatodystrophy and liver cirrhosis in cows. Methods of research: clinical; biochemical for research of liver tissue (oxyprolyne, general hexosamines, tyrosine hexuronic acids and glycosaminoglycans fractions) and serum of blood (glycoproteins, chondroitinsulfates and glycosaminoglycans fractions, total protein and protein fractions, urea, creatinine, timol test, test Veltmana, cholesterol, (-lipoproteins, total bilirubine АSТ, АLТ, AF); hystology of liver. Scientific novelty of work: consists in experimentall and theoretical substantiation information of tests of connective liver tissue and serum blood for differential diagnosis of hepatodystrophy and liver cirrhosis in cows.It is studied the of some glycosaminoglycans fractions in cows with liver cirrhosis. At the first time there are determinated normal levels in cow blood serum, whish are characterized the connective tissue status: glycoproteins, total chondroitinsulfates and glycosaminoglycans fractions. It is offered: complex of the biochemical serum indexes for cattle including the test which are characterized connective tissue status (glycoproteins, chondroitinsulfates and glycosaminoglycans fractions) the can bi used fore differential diagnosis of hepatodystrophy and liver cirrhosis. Is introduced: in scientific-research work and for teaching subjects "Veterinary clinical biochemistry" and "Internal animal disease" at Bila Tserkva State agrarian University and Kharkov State zooveterinary Academy. Branch of application: Veterinary Medicine.
