Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the influence on zinc content in the cells of factors, changing functional state of insular apparatus. It has been shown that zinc and secretory material content in the cells raises under action of factors, inhibiting pancreas incretory function. Pilocarpine, increasing secretory activity of pancreas insular apparatus induces lowering of zinc and secretory material content in the cells. These components deficit in the cells develops under removing insular apparatus function with the aid of B-cell injuring drugs. The degree of this deficit corresponds to expression degree of insulin insufficiency. As the latter develops zinc and secretory material content decreases progressively in the cells
