Essay

Object of research: management of labour collective at the big metallurgical enterprises of Donetsk area. The purpose of dissertational work is development of an effective control system by labour collective of the enterprise on the basis of a complex of theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations which provide development of the personnel and improvement of quality of acceptance of administrative decisions. Methods of research: the system approach, methods of the statistical analysis and generalization of the data, a method of the factorial analysis, a method of expert estimations. Theoretical results: a deepening existing and development of new scientific-theoretical positions concerning increase of a system effectiveness of management by labour collective of the industrial enterprise in conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine. Practical results will be, that conclusions and the results received as a result of the decision of tasks in view, are directed on use of reserves of increase of a system effectiveness of management by labour collective of the industrial enterprise. Scientific novelty: for the first time the system of effective management is developed by labour collective; offers on the organization of process of improvement of professional skill of the administrative personnel are developed; the technique of carrying out of certification and a business estimation of the administrative personnel is advanced on the basis of the modified attestative questionnaire; classification of factors which form the relation to work in labour collective is carried out; the basic methodical approaches to process of formation and acceptance of administrative decisions in sphere of management are determined by work, the personnel and social - demographic processes; the block diagram of continuous preparation and the mechanism of formation of a reserve of heads and experts have received the further development; the economic-mathematical model of acceptance of administrative decisions on realization of a business estimation of the administrative personnel in labour collective is developed. Degree of introduction: the methodical positions proved in the dissertation concerning the analysis compound control systems of labour collective the Donetsk metal works, on State Iuterprise, Open Company “Factory of the mine-rescue equipment”, by Donetsk Regional council of Trade Unions, in educational process in Donetsk National University.
