Essay

The methods and the models of the analysis of the modern structures of management of efficiency of the municipal eco- nomy functioning are developed. The economic essence of municipal economy as link of the city responding economic and social requirements of its inhabitants is discovered. Si- multaneously, the methods of project management and imita- ting modeling of project realization for the municipal econo- my enterprises have received the further development, that allows raising adequacy of performance of managerial pro- cesses in organizational systems of municipal economy enter- prises.
