Baranyuk I. Methods and models of management of agroindustrial complex informatization projects

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of scientific task of development of methods and case frames by the projects of informatization of agroindustrial complex. Scientific novelty: the projects of informatization of agroindustrial complex are classified, that allowed to expose typical tasks for the project management of this type; first developed model of estimation of vagueness of configuration of projects of informatization of agroindustrial complex, which allows to define influence of external surroundings of project on his eventual result; the method of determination of measure of criticism of works with the unclear condition of possibility of implementation is first developed, which allows to define the intermediate degree of criticism of works of projects; application of method of medians for transition from the unclear results of network design to clear is improved. In an aggregate the got results form a methodological tool for planning and estimation of projects, as component programs. The use of method of medians for transition from the unclear results of network design to clear is offered. Drawn on results of research at creation of regional IСС in the Chernigiv region. Sphere of use is an agroindustrial complex.
