Essay

The aim: to work out algorythm of diagnostic and differential diagnostic of cough variant bronchial asthma (CVA), to justify the need of use of inhalative corticosteroides in basis antiinflammatory treatment in such patients. Object: cough variant bronchial asthma. Methods of investigation: clinical-laboratory, diaries of selfobservation, spirometry, bronchoprovocative tests with acetylcholine, skin prik-tests, serum immunological tests. For the first time it was created new original algorythm of differential diagnostic of CVA. For the first time it was studied the effectiveness of antiinflammatory treatment with inhalative corticosteroids vs sodium cromoglicate and their influence on clinical-functional data, bronchial hypersensitivity, state on immune reactivity in patients with CVA. A field of application — therapy, pulmonology, allergology.
