. The thesis is devoted to the empirical positions according to rules of preparation of the soft medicinal forms have been theoretically and experimentally proved and "Soft medicinal forms: Extemporal formulas" has been developed. The compound and appropriate technology of complex ointment with propolis and amber acid of drugstore's and factory's production which has anti-inflammatory and analgesics action have been scientifically proved on the base of physico-chemical, reological and biopharmaceutical research. Methods of qualitative and quantitative determination of acting substances in ointments have been developed, its stability and also specific activity and harmlessness during storage has been determined
