Mukhovikov A. Formations of the Municipal Property Lands of Territorial Communities

In the dissertation scientific bases of delimitation of the state and municipal property lands on an example of Kiev city are developed with the purpose of formation of a material and financial basis of local self-management. Principles and criteria of formation of the state and municipal property lands are determined, modeling of delimitation of these lands is carried out. The forecast of structure of land fund of city after delimitation of the state and municipal property lands, principles and methods of legislative maintenance, methodical approaches to determination the scientific and technical documentation of delimitation of the state and municipal property lands is developed. Parameters of ecology-economic and social efficiency of delimitation of the state and municipal property lands, directions of maintenance of ecologically safe, rational and highly effective use of land fund of city are determined. Approaches to an improvement of land management in the territorial community of Kiev city, direction of improvement of this works are developed.
