Object: Ukrainian Popular Movement. Aim: on the basis of recomprehension of achievements of historiography, study of the archived and other documents and materials to find out the basic stages of becoming and activity of Volyn Regional Organization of UPM. Methods: historical-hronological, problem-comparative and system-structural. Results: the terms of origin of Volyn Regional Organization of UPM, stages of its becoming, forms and methods of its activity are explored, mutual relationships with local authorities, new archived documents and materials are brought over to the scientific appeal.
