Essay

It was shown that isocyanophosphoric acid dihalogenanhydrides efficiently C-carbomoylate derivatives of pyrrole, indole and indolizine. Preparative methods for synthesis of various types of N-phosphorylated amides of hetarylcarboxylic acids were developed. Hetaryl-containing carboxamidophosphoryldiamides were investigated as complexions. Also methods of their "ortho"?phosphorylation and selective N-alkylation were developed. A new convenient one-pot method of introduction of cyano- and carbamoyl-group into electron-rich heterocycles was developed. Convenient method of introduction of unsubstituted carbomoyl group into p-excessive heterocyles was developed. As a result of investigation of C-thiocarbomoylation of nitrogen containing heterocycles with amidophosphoniumisothiocyanates method of synthesis previously unknown hetarylthiocarbonylphosphinimines was developed.
