Yegorova O. Law Education at the Universities of Ukraine of the ХІХ - beginning of the ХХ century (stages and peculiarities of development)

Оbject is law education at Kharkivskiy, Kyivskiy and Novorosiiski Universities in the XIX century - till 1917. The aim is to make a complex analysis of the development of law education at the Universities in the XIX - beginning of the XX century, determine its stages and peculiarities, set the links of lawyers training with the development of law science and social and economic processes in the state. There were used general scientific, special historic and didactic methods of research. In thesis on the basis of sig-nificant complex of published and archive sources the stages and peculiarities of law education at the Universities of Ukraine have been studied for the first time in Histor-ography. Discovered and systemized peculiarities are stud-ied according to the criteria of organization, content and structure, philosophical and law basis, methodical ground, forms and methods of work, development of student body of law faculties.
