Essay

The dissertation is devoted to revealing of bone growth, structure, and formation of rat skeleton under the influence of lead intoxication. The research work was used anatomical and histological methods including autoradiography with ?H-thymidyn, transmission and scanning electron microscopy, chemical methods for the studying of bone chemical components, morphometry, and mathematical methods. We have established that lead intoxication initiates morphological and chemical changes of all types of skeleton bone. The rate and direction of changes are depended from the negative duration of lead intoxication. Simultaneous introduction of "Magne-B6" decreases the bone toxic effect of lead solts and in the same time promotes the bone drowth, the improvement of bone structure and ultrastructure, increasing of bone minerals.
