Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the investigation of improvement of morphofunctional changes of hypogastric part of abdominoanterior wall in human beings. Morphometry indices of femoral and inguinal canals were established, the frequency of inguinal herniae appearance in men was grounded. It was established that vagina anterior wall of rectoabdominal muscle is firm and the least strained, the change of femoral vein lumen in traditional methods of surgical treatment of inguinal herniae was proved, the con-struction change of anatomic structures with age was argumented histologically. We suggested our own method of femoral hernioplasty, the closure of deep femoral ring by vagina anterior wall of rectoabdominal muscle.
