Kudinov I. Life Strategy of Personality as a Factor of Society’s Development

The object of research is mental models of the human factor of society’s development. The purpose of research is studying of a problem of personal life strategy as factor of society’s development and such way of sanction of a life problems, which gives certain orientation to the subject’s activity. Methods of research are principles of objectivity, unity of absolute and relative true, dialectic discrepancy, unity of the theory and practice, unity logic and historical, ascent from abstract to concrete, historical and philosophic, system, activity, organizational, germenevtical approaches. Theoretical results and novelty - it was possible to find out genesis, nature, essence of the personal life strategy as a factor of society’s development and its directions of optimization in modern Ukraine. Practical results and the sphere of use - the materials of the dissertation can be used for develop-ment of methodological bases of the state programs directed on development of a modern Ukrainian society and alsoto be used in programs of personal-guided education of youth.
