Essay

Variability of rDNA from calli and intact plants of Gentiana species. To study of gentian's genome variation. In vitro culture methods, blot-hybridization. Gentiana species rDNA was shown to exhibit somaclonal, individual, intrapopulation, intraspecies variability. Callus application is possible for conservation of genofund of gentian since rDNA in condition in vitro fail to extend beyond the limits of intraspecies variation. Field of application: genetics, botany, biotechnology.
