Kuptsova O. Creation of economo-ecological system for life-sustenance on a regional level

The thesis is devoted to the questions of development of theoretical and methodological bases of formation of ecological-economic system of life-support. There regional features are analysed, the contents of external effects and ecological-economic component of life-support in the regional aspect are opened in the work. The complex analysis of a modern ecological condition and of environment ecological-economic tendencies of its development on an example of the Kherson area is carried out. The project of the Concept of state policy in the sphere of quality management of an environment and life-support is offered. Organizational step-by-step decisions are done for formation of ecological-guided system of life-support at different hierarchical levels. The main statements and results of the dissertation might be entered in to a practice of managing and in a sphere of education.
