Essay

The dissertation deals with the study of the peculiarities of thyroid gland structure under the influence of barbiturates on an organism. It was revealed that intoxication of the organism caused by barbiturates leads to the changes in thyroid gland structure in rats of various age and these changes are noted at all stages of its structure organization. Manifestation of these changes depends upon the age of the animals and the duration of influence on them of barbituratesIntroducing of silibor into the rat organism decreases thyrotoxic effect of barbiturates. Introducing of silibor into the rat organism decreases thyrotoxic effect of barbiturates.
