Essay

Investigation object is process of labor resources management on Ukrainian industrial enterprises. Investigation aim is perfection of theoretical bases, methodical and practical recommendations on management of labor resources, their material and moral-status motivation at the industrial enterprises for maintenance of their competitiveness in modern conditions of social and economic changes in Ukraine. Methods are: the logic analysis, generalization - for improvement of classification and specification of the list of principles of labor resources management; comparisons, average and relative values - for research of average values of parameters which characterize efficiency of labor resources use and their dynamics at the enterprises of different industries; factor, cluster analysis - for a grouping of the enterprises and definition of significant parameters of efficiency of labor resources use; regression analysis - for construction of models of dependence of parameters of cumulative capital profitability, own capital of the enterprise, total, operational and pure profitability of sales from parameters of labor resources use; questioning and expert - for definition of the importance of partial parameters of efficiency of labor resources use and factors which influence their interest in increase of work efficiency, graphic - for evident representation of results of research in dynamics. Theoretical result - theoretical development will provide objectivity and flexibility of the subsequent researches of labor resources. The practical result - introduction of the developed in the dissertation positions and recommendations will promote increase of objectivity results of industry enterprises labor resources use evaluation, their material and non-material motivation and management efficiency, and, as consequence, growth of competitiveness of industrial enterprises. Scientific novelty - for the first time: the concept "readiness of labor resources of enterprise for use and professional perfection" and its classification on object and type of display which practical use will allow to harmonize interests of the employer and the worker with the purpose of increase of efficiency of work and competitiveness of the enterprise is offered; Methodical recommendations of integral estimation of a level of labor resources use as factor of competitiveness of industrial enterprises with the help of methods of the statistical analysis which are based on system integral and partial parameters are proved and developed on directions: industrial, age, payment, intellectual capital, perfection and movement of labor resources, also take into account their importance, it's application will provide obviousness, efficiency and flexibility of estimation; advanced: classification of labor resources with use of theoretically proved and practically significant attributes of a risk level, motivational orientation, a demand and a place of work which will allow to increase research objectivity and management of labor resources; Substantive provisions of process of labor resources management in modern conditions on the basis of the marketing approach and concept of readiness which supplement existing with a position of maintenance of the industrial enterprises competitiveness which practical use will raise labor resources management efficiency; the following was developed: the methodical approach to realization of the enterprise labor resources material motivation with the use of calculation of the size of incentive payments in structure of fund of a payment on the basis of definition dynamics type of a parameter of profitability of the enterprise that will allow to increase stimulating effect of material encouragement of workers for increase their work efficiency; a career growth control system of managers at the industrial enterprises with use of the basic and additional programs and a technique of an estimation of readiness of the personnel to career growth, system of parameters of productivity of programs realization that will allow to increase objectivity of acceptance of administrative decisions during official rotation. Field of application - the enterprises of industrial sector of Ukraine, educational process of higher education institutes.
