There are determined selective factors of reliability brush-collector nodes of DC aircraft electric machines as well as theoretical approaches to creation their diagnostic models are worked out and well based. There are determined diagnostic parameters, diagnostic models of these machines are worked out and explored as well as dependencies between diagnostic parameters and gauges of technical condition of DC aircraft electric machines's nodes are defined. There are created new methods and facilities that are intended for checking, testability and forecastings of technical condition of brush-collector nodes and other nodes of DC aircraft machines in period of usage during technical maintenance
