Essay

Object: political, social and economic history of Podillia as well as its historic-geographic aspect. Purpose: to define the place and the role of Podillia in the system of political, social and economic communications of Podillia region in the second half of the XIVth century and the first half of the XVth century. Methods: subject and chronological, complex and analytical. Scientific novelty: the analysis of the political and social and economic history of Podillia region in the mentioned period is carried out in the Ukrainian historiography for the first time resulting in the own vision of social stratification of Podillia society in the second half of the XIV century and the first half of the XVth century.
