The results of the conducted research was established relation between shape of sublingual nod and shapes of the skull and face at the elders and seniles persons. The cylindrical shape of nod characteristic for the persons with leptoprozopic shape of the face, the spherical shape of nod - for the persons with mesoprozopic shape of the face, stellate form sublingual nod met at the persons with khameprozopical and mesoprozopical more often by shape of the face. Double nod is not characteristic compared with the above described shapes sublingual nod. As a result of the researches, spent by us, the size of nod is determined at its different shapes. Under light and electronic microscops the internal structure of sublingual nod and its connections is investigated, is determined cell's structure of nod and its environments. Are revealed neurovascular of mutual relation in sublingual nod and their feature at the persons of elderly and senile age.
