The process of organizational-technical measure modeling. The creation of methods of effective decision making of organizational- technical production development. Investigation methods are decision making methods, graph theories, linear programming, network design, streams in networks with limited carrying capacity (potochnogo programming), imitation design. The conception of optimal planning and management of organizational-technical development of the building organization is worked out. Theoretical conceptions concerning effective resource use of the building organization on the basis of network design are substantiated. Management method of organizational-technical measures on the basis of construction of economic-mathematical model construction taking into account gravimetric coefficients are elaborated. The results of scientific investigation are implemented and used at LTD "Metalurgspetsremont" (Zaporghye) and at LTD "Stal'konstruktsyya LTD - 103", (Zaporoghye).
