The dissertation is devoted to research of age features of formation of an energy potential and reactions of intimate - respiratory system of the swimmers during adaptation to specific physical loadings. Influence of the sizes of a body on formation of an energy potential of the swimmers of various age for the first time is shown. Is established, that the adaptation to physical loadings at children 9-10 years is accompanied by presence of elements of intensity of not specific reaction. During researches the formation of various types of circulation of blood of the sportsmen is revealed. Is shown, that the low system effectiveness of circulation of blood at children 9-10 years is characterized by sharp reduction of number of components inside system. Is established, that the adaptive reactions of the young swimmers passed for a respiratory type of adaptation. Is shown, that the efficiency of adaptation to physical loadings is connected to realization of a principle of a mosaic meaning distribution of functional loading between components of system of external breath with the purpose of achievement of the maximal adaptive effect.
