Essay

The thesis is dedicated to research of psychological conditions of difficulties in pedagogical activity overcoming by the tutor of a higher military educational establishment (HMEE).In the research the psychological analysis of features of pedagogical activity in HMEE have been conducted. The objective difficulties are underlined on its extremeness, which one are transformed for intrapersonal problem at all professionalisation stages of the tutor: at a stage of adaptation to pedagogical activity, stable operation and pedagogical skills. The psychological features of the intrapersonal conflicts of the HMEE tutors are detected, which are shown as a result of interference of the person with objective problems of educational process. It results in changes of all mental orbs of the person of the tutor: to a decrease of motivation of professional work and self-perfecting, efficiency of pedagogical activity, increase of uneasiness, aggressiveness, frustration, inadequate behavior and so on. It causes the problems within cadets, adjuncts training to pedagogical activity in HMEE, knowledge and skills lack of the starting tutors concerning selection of optimum policy of overcoming of difficulties in pedagogical activity, skills of mental selfregulation and increase of motivation of professional self-perfecting. The research has enabled to elaborate the practical guidelines, the introducing which one promotes problem solving on advancing process of the officers training to pedagogical activity in HMEE.
