Essay

The object of study is of Pseudomonosis course in quails. The research methods are as follows: epizootologic, bacteriologic, serologic, and statisti-cal.The dissertation considers the peculiarities of Pseudomonosis course in quails, bacterial dissemination of poultry houses, the relation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its quantitiy to Pseudomonosis outbreaks quails, susceptibility of quails to natural and artifical infection, investigation of biological properties of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and monitoring its sensitivity to antibiotics in order to make use the best drags for treatment and prophylaxis of Pseudo-monosis in quails. Studing and investigating the outbreaks in quails on the farms in Ukraine, we ascertained the degree of Pseudomonosis spread in quails.The specific gravity of microorganisms and the percentage of Pseudo-monas aeruginosa in poultry houses, the peculiarities of course, the typical dynamics of quail's death from Pseudomonosis (three picks of maximum death-rate), which allowed to diagnose opportunely the case. The isolated of causal agent - Pseudomonas aeruginosa-had biological properties charactestics of these agents. On the basis of monitoring the sensitivity to antibiotics, bay-tril and gentamiciny have been suggested as most effective drugs for treatment and prophylaxis of Pseudomonosis in quails.
