Object of research: Cows red steppe and breeds from cattle-bi ceding facilities{economy} AP Crimea. The purpose of lesearch: To Iead{cany out} seromomtonng. to teach{leam} semiology of disease, to allocate. identify and define{determine} biological properties of the activator. to improve existing methods diagnostics and therapy of a clamidiosis of large homed livestock. Methods: At performance of work were used bacteriological, serologic, virologic, biochemical, clinical and statistical methods of researches. Theoretical and practical results: Results of researches have allowed to find out clamidiosis the nature of abortions from cows, to establish influence of conditions of the maintcnance{contents} and feeding of animals, different stressful factors, and also a level of veterinary service on occurrence and character of display of illness, to improve existing methods of diagnostics and therapy of a clamidiosis of large homed livestock. Separate results of researches used at drawing up of the specifications and technical documentation, by development submitted for the statement in the State department of veterinary medicine of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine and by development "Practical recommendations: How to keep newboms cows", the authorized Management of veterinary medicine in AR Crimea on July, 30. 2004. Materials of dissertational work are introduced into manufacture and used in educational process of faculties of veterinary medicine Crimean state university and Lugansk national agrarian university. Novelty: For the first time by the example of cattle-breeding facilities{ economy} AR Crimea has been lead{has been carried out} seromonitoring of a clamidiosis of large homed livestock and the role clamidiosis in abortions both at cows is established, the activator of disease is allocated and identified, are investigated his{its) morphological, serologic and pathogenic properties, are advanced existing methods of diagnostics with use IEA and therapies of a clamidiosis of large homed livestock.
